Clear the mail that's eating your quota.

Delete large Outlook attachments first — they are usually the biggest win, and they count against your Microsoft storage alongside OneDrive. Storage Cleaner finds them, plus years of newsletters, promotions, and junk, sorted by size and age, so you can bulk delete Outlook emails or mass delete Hotmail emails in one pass. Used as a OneDrive cleaner, it lists your largest files, videos, photos, and screenshots, ranked by size. Exact duplicates matched by file content, with the original left in place. And old file versions that appear in no folder but still count. Files you approve go to the recycle bin, generally recoverable for up to 30 days. Removing old versions is permanent, and it is labeled that way before you confirm.
